Yea, I was too… I wanted a seperate fridge for my drinks, such as beer soda and even spring water. A drinks fridge is pretty much used for comfort, or if the main fridge in your home is not working properly. I am using mine because I like to have a seperate cooler for my drinks during the summer… I can keep them closer to the patio etc.

A good thing too might be if you like to party and have people over etc, or just for decoration as there are a lot of really cool drink coolers that might be used as decoration on their own. Branded fridges might be a good idea, such as a Budweiser or Guiness cooler… or maybe a Coke fridge if you are looking for a soda cooler..

There are many various sizes of fridges, and sometimes you might have to buy a bigger one to get what you want in terms of functionality… Unfortunately it’s more common for bars and clubs to buy most types of drink fridges The ones for home use are pretty basic, and much smaller than the commercial ones for club or restaurant use.

Home users tend to need an additional refrigirator and not a whole 150 can cooler, hehe. Most people who come here are in need of a personal cooler for their home to supplement the larger freezer. As this is usually the case you are looking at the energy costs of usage as well as size. Many families tend to own an additional refrigirator or freezer for additional storage of food/drinks.

The need for a drinks fridge can increase during summer too, becaue of the hot weather and people tend to want chilled drinks during that time of the year. Hopefully you can find a cooler that works for you.

Here is a pretty popular drinks fridge from coca-cola company. Yepp, straight from the big boys.

Perfect for in a game room, workshop, dormitory, or office, this countertop Coca-Cola-themed refrigerator keeps up to 28 12-ounce cans of soda chilled and ready to enjoy. The unit features simple, front-access controls for adjusting the temperature with a push of the button, plus an LED read-out for checking the internal temperature at a glance. Even more, its thermoelectric cooling system delivers quiet operation–no loud vibration like with compressor-style units. Other highlights include the ability to cool to 35 degrees F below ambient temperature, a self-locking recessed door handle, and a front viewing window for showcasing the collection. The appliance operates on 110-volt AC, but can also be used in the car with a 12-volt power cord (sold separately). Lightweight and compact, the portable fridge measures 14-3/5 by 14-1/5 by 19-4/5 inches.

This one is pretty cool, and I like it.
